Abstract—Through the investigation of the present situation of sports building and industry in the construction of free trade port, the gap between Hainan sports industry and international and domestic sports industry development is obtained through statistical analysis and research. Then through expert argumentation, under the leadership and support of the government, a series of sports buildings and industrial policies suitable for the construction of free trade port are formulated. The long-term construction plan of sports architecture and industry is put forward to make positive contribution to the construction of free trade port.
